ORGANIC FOOD AND ORGANIC AGRICULTURE

Organic food is made according to certain production standards, which is grown without the use of pesticides and artificial fertilizers, it is free from pollution caused by human or industrial waste, and processed without ionizing radiation or additives. Farm animals are reared without the need to always use the use of antibiotics and growth hormones are not direct, but always fed healthy food. Now, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Japan and other countries producers require to get special certification to market their food as organic within the borders of countries .Farmers planted or cultivated in small farms using organic farming practices, regardless of the certification, as observed for individual users. Because the demand for organic foods continues to increase, large-scale sales through channels such as supermarkets increase. However, for supermarket consumers, food production is not easily observed, even more dependent on the product label, like "certified organic", although the government can find the control and monitoring by third parties for confirmation. The label "certified organic" usually is the only way to identify users that a product is "organic."

Impact on environment
Several surveys and studies have attempted to study and compare the normal and organic farming systems. Reached a consensus that organic farming is less harm because:
• Organic farming uses no synthetic pesticides, or issue into the environment. Such toxins can be harmful to soil, water and wildlife.
• Organic Farm is more effective than ordinary farm in the board in various ecosystems, the populations of plants and insects as well as animals.
• When calculated either by the area per unit or per unit of yield, organic farms use less energy it produces less waste, eg waste products such as packaging materials chemistry.
